The room was excellent. A very good size, cleverly laid out with spacious bathroom and generous shower. The roof terrace bar was also very useful as a good place to get a drink and a bite to eat when we didn't feel like heading out. The staff were friendly. We also like to location being a bit off the beaten track put with the metro just a short walk away. Free Wi-fi was also included.

Wangz has good interior design - room is spacious and good bed!
Location of hotel is not ideal and pick up & drop off area is very inconvenient!

Hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate my requests and in so doing, delivered quite satisfactorily. Breakfast was a nice surprise. I was expecting continental but got an ample buffet good enough to last you past lunch. Great coffee, btw. Overlooking the rear of some restaurants, the room view from the 2nd level left something to be desired, but with the shades down it didn't matter much. Won't be an issue with higher floors. Staff is friendly, genuine, and very helpful. Location is convenient - across the street from a bus stop, and a 5 minute walk to the MRT. Won't hesitate to stay again.

We arrived early in the morning and although check in is 2pm they quickly got our room ready for us. There is a free mini bar within the room (soft drinks and water and juices only) and free internet and wireless access as well as a dvd player. All of which we took advantage of. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast was fine for our purposes being toast, fruit and yoghurts etc. All the staff are very friendly and nothing was too much bother. We ate at the hotel on our last night and it was the best meal we had our whole time in Singapore and wished we had eaten there every night! The rooftop bar was great too. There is a 15% discount on food and drinks if staying at the hotel which was useful. All in all we enjoyed our stay!
The only downside to Wangz is its location as it is not in a central location. However, we did know this before we booked. As the reviews of Wangz were very positive compared to other hotels we decided that as it was only a 10 minute walk from Outram Park MRT we would still stay there. We are glad that we did as it was very easy to use the MRT and cabs are easy to come by.

I liked everything! The design of the hotel was interesting. Room was spacious and comfortable. I was just 1 single person but I got a huge king bed. Minibar is complimentary (non-alcoholic drinks only). This is great since big fancy hotels charge for almost everything you take out of the minibar. Complimentary wifi and wired internet connection in the room. Bring your Ipod along if you book this hotel. They have a cool Ipod docking device that allows you to enjoy your own music. Mood lighting and mood music in the room is awesome! I noticed a few commensts about the breakfast. I found the breakfast to be quite nice actually. Scrambled eggs were taken on order and prepared in a side kitchen. They also had coffee, fruit juice, cereals, bread & pastries, some cold dishes and porridge on offer. If you're expecting a top of the range, first class buffet style breakfast, than this is not the right place for you. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
I was in a room overlooking 2 streets so there was a bit of road noise which kept me up until 2am. Location is okay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, being a smaller hotel it had a relaxed feel. Customer service is very good from all staff we dealt with.

The rooms are clean, modern, and much larger than the usual hotels in this price band. The staff always make you feel welcome, and as it's a small hotel it doesn't take long to get to know them, and vice versa. In particular, the breakfasts are the best in Singapore in this price category. The food is fresh and tasty, unlike some of the awful rubbish that Singapore hotels normally serve up in the morning.
The car park is too small and at nights, when the hotel bar is busy with locals, it is impossible to get a parking space.

I really appreciated the quick check-in and the cool rooftop pool for relaxing in the evenings after exploring. The hotel offers cozy lounge areas and a nice garden for unwinding too. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi connection could be a bit spotty at times, but overall, it was a great stay! 😊

Stocked and top-notch units with a very comfortable bed, the bar fridge, for instance. Convenient location to botanical garden. Found in the lovely area very close to all the attractions, the Tiong Bahru market and the Tiong Bahru bakery, and the tertiary medical center.

From check in to check out the staff, especially front desk could not do enough to help. They were all great especially Mark and Cris.Rooms were lovely, the bed was super comfy, no faults. Checkout was at a civilized 12noon and the superb breakfast was served until 10.30. Would definately stay there again and would unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting something a little different at an ordinary price.

The hotel staff was very helpful during our stay. The rooms are spacious. Selection of food of the buffet breakfast was out of our expectation being a small boutique hotel. The food was good too. Our family had a very pleasant stay at Wangz Hotel.
